    Discovery

Axiom’s Issues Discovery Tool is what we use on new engagements to assess the organization’s capacity to build and execute a strategic plan. Strategic Mileposts

    Leadership Affirmations

Without good leaders your plans won’t go very far. It is important that you identify your core team and only invite those with a calling and capacity to be servant leaders. The annual leadership pledge makes clear what leaders should expect from themselves and what they are signing up for.
