Mike LoBue
Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, Mike brings a grounded perspective shaped by his entrepreneurial roots and a career spanning public-sector economics and private enterprise. He believes in the power of small businesses to drive meaningful change—not just in the economy but in the lives of owners, teams, and communities. At Axiom, Mike partners with business owners to help them grow with purpose, strengthen leadership, and build profitable, enduring businesses.
Mike earned his degree in Economics and Finance from James Madison University and launched his first e-commerce business at just 20 years old. After graduation, he served over a decade as an economist with the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington, D.C., where he developed a strong foundation in data analytics while continuing to grow his online business.
During those years, Mike saw how data-informed decisions and strong leadership create results—not just in metrics, but in people’s lives. This realization shaped his passion for supporting entrepreneurs: helping them move from reactive problem-solving to proactive, intentional growth.
Today, Mike works alongside business owners to uncover bottlenecks, clarify goals, and design practical strategies that align with long-term vision. Whether he’s facilitating leadership development, improving operational efficiency, or supporting financial decision-making, Mike brings a steady, analytical approach that helps leaders build confidence and momentum.
He now lives in Bradenton, Florida, with his wife, Lauren, and their three daughters: Harper, Haven, and Emery. Whether at home or onsite with clients, Mike is committed to helping others make a lasting impact in their communities.
